Your reservation can be held with a deposit of $300 USD per person, or 20% of total booking cost in your home currency (AUD, CAD, EURO, GBP, OR CHF.) If booking for the weekend ONLY, the deposit is $150 USD per person or 30% of your home currency (AUD, CAD, EURO, GBP, OR CHF.)

FINAL PAYMENT is due 60 days before the tour departure date. If booking less than 60 days before the departure date, FINAL PAYMENT is due at the time of booking.

HP Fan Trips strongly recommends, when traveling internationally, that you purchase trip cancellation and medical insurance. Trip insurance provides comprehensive protection for medical expenses and medical evacuation which is especially important while traveling abroad. Trip cancellation insurance will also protect your financial investment should you need to cancel for medical or other covered situations.

Single supplement - trip prices are based on double or shared occupancy (two adults) for hotels. Single accommodations can be arranged for an extra cost but may be limited on some trips according to the availability of rooms. If you are traveling alone and wish to share with another traveler, the first willing-to-share, same gender room mate will be assigned. Should no one be available to share with you at the time you register for a trip, the single supplement is payable and you will be invoiced accordingly. If a roommate is found prior to departure, this fee will be refunded to you.
